Industrial & Commercial Water Softening Systems

Does your facility or operation have a boiler, cooling tower, or a piece of machinery that utilizes spray nozzles such as a humidity or weathering chamber or even a water knife?  Water softeners remove the calcium, magnesium, and iron that can foul such equipment. With soft water feed, higher cycles of concentration can be realized in both boilers and cooling towers.  Higher cycles of concentration means you will need fewer boiler blow downs or cooling tower sump dumps. This gives you a much greater energy savings, water and minimizing the need for expensive chemical feed or descaling treatments.

  •  A corrosion resistant plastic valve, fiberglass mineral tank, polyethylene brine tank, and high-quality polystyrene resin are manufactured in the USA for reliable operation.

  • The EMS models utilze a meter for on-demand regenerations.

  • Both models are equipped with fully-adjustment controls.

  • Hard water bypasses the water softener during regeneration ensuring a continuous water supply.

  • Twin Alternating Water Softeners are designed and manufactured for outstanding, uninterrupted service from light commercial and industrial use to heavy residential use.

  • Regenerations are initiated by a meter with fully-adjustable controls.

  • Regenerations are initiated by a meter with fully adjustable controls. When the meter zeros out, the softener is placed into regeneration.
